As the Senior Field Operations Manager on our dedicated De'Longhi program, you will act as a liaison between our Client, account team, and the field, and will manage all aspects of leading a field training team including driving performance against KPIs, advocating for the brand, and providing coaching, interviewing/training, mentoring, and leadership to your team.Additionally, you will stay up to date on the most current technology and brand initiatives to communicate to your team and consumers.
This is a full-time, dedicated role with typical office hours M-F. Some weekends may be required during key selling times (i.e., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Graduation season, Holidays). Up to 50% travel required as needed for off-site meetings and trainings, events, and in-market visits with our 10+ Nationwide Market Development Managers.
