We're looking for an experienced, engaging, and style-conscious leader to spearhead the CADDIS Premium POD Experience at the Del Amo Fashion Center! This is a full-time position launching Mid-August working during mall hours.

Get Bolder."  You'll leverage your strengths in sales, customer service, product education, and operational excellence to champion a brand that’s all about purposeful design and unapologetic style. Minimum Pay

USD $68,640.00/Yr.

USD $68,640.00/Yr.

Overview

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily kiosk operations, including opening/closing, training, performance management, and inventory control
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales goals
  • Help shoppers find eyewear that fits their lifestyle and personality, educate on product features, and close sales
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds goals
  • Deliver weekly and daily performance reports and manage team schedules
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver stylish service with substance

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 3+ years of retail sales management experience (required)
  • 3+ years of customer-facing sales expertise (required)
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead retail teams
  • A strong understanding of today’s eyewear customer and a natural sense of style
  • Passion for fashion, design, or lifestyle brands is a big plus

  • Highly organized with strong time management

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.   • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Regular use of hands, arms, and legs
  • Lift & carry up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
