What You'll Do

  • Own projects end-to-end: clarify requirements, collaborate cross-functionally, manage timelines, incorporate feedback efficiently, and deliver on schedule
  • Develop original concepts, scalable templates, and visual systems that elevate brand standards while remaining flexible for fast-moving needs
  • Design, build, and deliver high-quality creative across CRM, web, mobile, social, video, presentations, and print—producing assets that are deployment-ready and aligned to business goals
  • Support sales enablement and training initiatives by translating complex information into clear, compelling visual experiences
  • Contribute to print and production work as needed, ensuring files meet technical and brand specifications

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience designing for digital-first environments using Figma, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Strong experience with motion, video editing, and layout systems across multiple platforms, including mobile and web
  • Experience supporting product marketing, instructional content, or sales enablement in a tech or consumer-facing organization

Skills and Attributes:

  • Highly proficient in modern design tools and workflows, with the ability to move from concept to execution without friction
  • Comfortable working across Android and PC environments, including Google and Lenovo platforms
  • Clear, confident communicator who can articulate design decisions and absorb feedback without defensiveness
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and trusted to handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Self-directed problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, works well with ambiguity, and consistently raises the bar
  • Able to work in a hybrid model, on-site a minimum of two days per week

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
