Minimum Pay

USD $70,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $75,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do

  • Execute translation and localization of diverse content types (PPT, Word, PDF, Excel, LinkedIn, etc.) for sales enablement and training, averaging up to 480,000 words/month. Localization is over multiple languages with AI support
  • Coordinate the localization pipeline, including automation scripts, glossary integration, and manual review cycles with Master Trainers and external reviewers
  • Troubleshoot and optimize localization automation tools, scripts, and workflows for efficiency and scalability
  • Oversee content conversion, layout adjustments, and fit/form checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across languages and platforms
  • Review incoming content for localization readiness (formatting, structure, source quality) and flag risks or gaps prior to translation
  • Collaborate with content creators, project managers, and stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
  • Maintain and update custom glossaries, terminology databases, and translation memory systems for improved output quality
  • Coordinate review cycles, feedback collection, and final publishing to SharePoint, MS Learn, and other designated platforms
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, style guides, and Microsoft branding requirements
  • Support ad hoc localization needs and escalate issues as required

What You'll Bring

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or related field (required)
  • 2+ years’ experience in localization, translation (with preference given to using AI translation tools), or content management for digital platforms (required)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (including advanced-level PowerPoint skills), SharePoint, and Visual Studio Code.(required)
  • Fluent in reading and writing English plus one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Chinese (strongly preferred)
  • Experience with automation tools, translation management systems, or scripting for localization
  • Experience working with multi-language projects and cross-functional teams

 

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent localization projects
  • Experience working with glossaries and terminology databases
  • Technical aptitude with automation tools, file formats, and localization software
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced reading and writing proficiency in at least one non-English language

  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
