As a Senior Field Trainer, you will act as the right hand to the Training Manager — leading large-scale training initiatives, mentoring the Associate Field Trainer, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality training across the Motorola field team. You’ll oversee both live and virtual sessions, drive content excellence, and play a critical role in onboarding, certification, and continuous development of the MotoAgent program. This role blends hands-on delivery with program leadership — ideal for someone ready to step beyond facilitation into strategic training design, people development, and operational execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee delivery of high-impact training for MotoAgents and Channel Leads, ensuring message consistency and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with Training Manager and Account team to define quarterly training priorities, themes, and structure
  • Analyze training performance metrics to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted enablement strategies
  • Own feedback loop across field trainers to continuously refine training tools, decks, and SOPs
  • Approve and mentor Associate Field Trainer on content creation; ensure quality, alignment, and branding consistency
  • Facilitate certification, presentation coaching, and train-the-trainer workshops
  • Travel up to 75%, with scheduling subject to change based on business needs
  • Lead CL virtual product training sessions weekly
  • Review and approve upcoming training decks created by the Associate Field Trainer
  • Support onboarding calls for new hires and maintain training repository content (LMS/CMS)
  • Assist Training Manager with strategic projects, new program launches, and certification process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of professional training experience (preferably in field or retail environments)
  • 1+ years of experience managing people or training large groups (direct or indirect)

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Proven record of creating and delivering impactful training programs
  • Familiarity with LMS/CMS platforms and content evaluation
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to mentor others and uphold training quality standards
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and virtual presentation tools
  • Adaptable and strategic thinker with strong organizational discipline

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
