We are searching for a highly enthusiastic and technology-fluent Demo & Training Expert to serve as a dedicated ambassador for the reMarkable Paper Tablet. This is a crucial role within two of Manhattan's highest-traffic retail environments.  You will be responsible for bringing the unique digital paper experience to life—masterfully demonstrating how reMarkable inspires productivity, creativity, and focused thinking by offering a distraction-free digital writing and reading experience. You will be the face of the brand, driving both customer engagement and associate confidence. 

This is a 5-week opportunity working 12 pm - 4 pm every Saturday and Sunday plus 4 hours of flexible administrative time.

• Achieve and maintain expert-level knowledge of the reMarkable, the Connect subscription ecosystem, and all accessory differentiators
• Initiate conversations and conduct personalized, high-quality demonstrations on the sales floor, transforming casual interest into genuine understanding and conversion
• Proactively train and mentor store staff to ensure they can confidently and accurately position the reMarkable against competing devices
• Consistently capture and report detailed, valuable feedback on customer reactions, sales objections, and competitive movements via a daily mobile report
• Ensure a professional, polished appearance that aligns with the reMarkable brand's minimalist and design-focused aesthetic
• Maintain the display area to ensure the device is presented in clean, working order, reflecting the premium nature of the brand

Experience and Education:

• Prior experience in retail sales, technology demonstration, or brand ambassador roles is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills and Attributes:

• Highly self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable managing time effectively while working independently in the field
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, engage customers authentically, and adapt conversation style in a busy retail setting
• A genuine interest in technology tools that enhance focus, creativity, and efficient workflow
• Must possess and be proficient in using a smartphone, including using the device to download and app and complete recaps
• Basic presentation design using PowerPoint

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
