The Retail Channel Manager is responsible for supporting Snapdragon’s core retail channel workstreams, ensuring flawless execution and impactful storytelling around the part-time and full-time field programs. This role serves as the subject-matter expert (SME) for OEM partners and retail channels, while connecting closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to capture frontline insights. By blending SME-level knowledge with polished reporting and strategic narratives, the Retail Channel Manager ensures Snapdragon’s various stakeholders and partners have clear visibility into the value, performance, and needs of the retail program.

Minimum Pay

USD $70,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do

  • Manage defined and ad hoc Snapdragon retail deliverables, ensuring consistent alignment, responsiveness, and high-quality delivery across field activities
  • Create polished, client-ready reports, recaps, and presentations that showcase retail program performance, field insights, and opportunities for growth
  • Build expertise across key retail channels (Best Buy, Costco, Staples, Micro Center, and others), and OEM priorities, ensuring the field team understands and delivers on each partner’s unique dynamics and needs
  • Partner with RSMs and Field Leadership to capture and translate frontline insights into actionable recommendations that influence client strategy and channel execution
  • Support retail-focused projects including OEM collaborations, seasonal campaigns, and surprise-and-delight activations, ensuring measurable impact
  • Work closely with training, operations, and analytics partners to ensure retail priorities are integrated into broader program execution, measurement, and storytelling
  • Drive execution and reporting around “must win” retail seasons (Back-to-School, Holiday, Tax-Free Weekends, etc.), ensuring alignment across field, clients, and cross-functional partners

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • 4+ years of retail marketing, channel management, or client services experience (tech or consumer electronics preferred)
  • Experience in using analytics to inform storytelling

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communicator and storyteller, able to connect field execution to client strategy
  • Highly collaborative, partnering with field leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment 
  • Strong attention to detail with a bias for action and results 
  • Agile problem solver who thrives in fast-paced retail environments
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational and reporting excellence
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills; ability to create polished decks and recaps for executive-level audiences
  • Proven ability to manage retail programs and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Familiarity with retail field team structures and channel sales drivers
  • Data-driven mindset

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
