We’re Growing! Join our Meta Store Retail team at Ala Moana Center, in Honolulu, Hawaii, as we bring Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life at our Meta Brand kiosk in Ala Moana Center. This pop-up concept is a launchpad for our permanent retail store, and we’re seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead this exciting journey.
As the Meta Lab Assl. Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and overseeing all aspects of store operations. You are a highly capable leader, skilled in technical problem-solving, people development, and operational strategy. You’ll ensure the store is well-stocked, fully functional, and consistently delivers a best-in-class customer experience through immersive product demos. You’ll also partner with Meta’s technical and retail teams to refine and execute operational strategies, ensuring excellence in sales, service, and training.
Paid training will take place the week of November 10th, and the store is scheduled to open the week of November 24th. These dates are tentative, and you must have full availability for training.

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs.
