We are opening a new retail kiosk in Burlington Mall and are seeking an experienced, engaging, and high-energy leader to oversee our client’s mall-based kiosk shop.  In this role, you’ll lead a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences through immersive, try-on demos and brand advocacy. As our Kiosk Supervisor, you'll lead a dynamic team, driving customer acquisition, fostering loyalty, and creating unforgettable brand experiences. Your passion for sales, exceptional customer service, and dedication to operational excellence will make you the perfect candidate.  This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity, averaging 40 hours per week during the mall hours.

Minimum Pay

USD $50,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $53,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, training, performance management, and inventory control
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goal
  • Identify customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and close sales effectively
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure team goals are consistently met or exceeded
  • Provide weekly and daily reports on sales performance, team schedules, and program metrics
  • Coach and develop your team to ensure outstanding performance

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of retail sales management experience
  • 3+ years of customer-facing sales expertise
  • Experience in coaching, training, and team leadership

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to engage, inspire, and lead a team
  • Strong conflict resolution and performance management skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions and drive results
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Always represent BDS in a positive manner
  • Flexible availability, on-call as needed

  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Regular use of hands, arms, and legs

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
