Minimum Pay

USD $18.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $20.00/Hr.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and executing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and uses in an approachable and informative way.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk environment.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and handle transactions responsibly.
  • Assist with stock management, including restocking displays and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Assist kiosk supervisor with other duties as requested, including opening/closing of kiosk.
  • Always represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer-facing sales expertise
  • Passion for retail with an interest in footwear is a major plus

Skills and Attributes:

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a busy retail mall environment
  • Always represent BDS in a positive manner


Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Regular use of hands, arms, and legs
  • Lift & carry up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills
