• Be a subject matter expert!  Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products, including accessories, and how to position them with every customer type
• Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play, learn, and experience the world around them
• Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, opening and closing procedures, maintaining consumer interactive displays, and putting away product deliveries
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Other duties as assigned by management

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail
• Familiar with AR/VR technology

Skills and Attributes:

• Extremely strong interpersonal communication - written, verbal, and on camera
• Must be results and detail-oriented
• Possess a passion for technology and innovation
• Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
• High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
