Earn weekly pay with BDS! As a MotoAgent Live Virtual Expert, you will provide sales and training support via video conferencing directly with consumers for both potential buyers and post-purchase support. You will promptly respond to all inbound video calls and will be required to interface directly with consumers via mobile video conference. You will be responsible for working through technical issues and providing the highest level of service to consumers and retail sales associates. You will be working Wedsneday through Sunday with 1 assigned work from home day and 4 days in the office. We value consistency, but schedules are subject to adjustment based on business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Receive inbound consumer video calls and fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
  • Provide video demonstrations of the client’s products while on camera in a retail setting
  • Maintain sales support database; answer inquiries by researching, locating, and providing the desired information
  • Determine wants and needs of consumers while driving and closing the sale to increase the sales of client’s products
  • Actively engage consumers via video conferencing while working through technical issues
  • Describe technical components using readily understandable terms to ensure you are effectively conveying the features and benefits of the products to all audiences
  • Assist in content creation from basic PDF assets to more complex content such as Canva style video creation
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

Experience and Education: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3+ years retail customer service and retail sales experience

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Ability to successfully influence consumer buying decisions
  • Strong interpersonal communication and soft skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills on camera
  • Must be comfortable interfacing directly with consumers via video conferencing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of consumer electronics
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications
