$70,720-$74,880 annual salary

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Implement a proactive social media strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and audience engagement objectives
  • Oversee daily content planning, including Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts, to optimize brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Lead content strategy for Facebook and X (formerly Twitter), defining key messaging pillars and engagement tactics
  • Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to drive data-backed decisions, optimizing content performance and engagement
  • Act as a brand representative, ensuring social interactions align with company values and tone
    • Monitor and track daily engagement using Emplifi
    • Respond to Instagram DMs and TikTok comments in a timely and engaging manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to align social efforts with business initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate emerging social media trends, recommending strategic pivots to maintain competitive positioning
  • Develop performance reports and present insights to senior leadership, recommending strategy optimizations

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or brand management
  • Proven experience in content creation, engagement strategy, and performance analytics
  • Experience making strategic decisions related to content, brand voice, and platform engagement

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong ability to develop and execute social media strategies that align with marketing objectives
  • Proficiency in data analysis, audience insights, and performance reporting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to independently identify and act on opportunities for brand growth
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and YouTube Shorts
