The Associate Analyst is responsible for reporting and analysis for a consumer electronics Break Fix and Installation program for a major global brand. As an Associate Analyst, you are the backbone of program analytics.  You are attentive to details that others might miss, and you love working in Microsoft Excel and other data reporting platforms.  Pivot tables, formulas, and finding ways to better visualize data are fun for you and keeping tasks organized is part of your nature.  You also work well with a cross-functional team and like thinking outside of the box for new and better ways to get things done.  You are self-motivated and don't wait for others to give you every detail of a task; you go out there and find the answers you need to get the job done.  

What is Break Fix? The maintenance and merchandising of interactive displays to ensure brands are optimally represented at retail.

$60,000-$75,000/year (dependent upon experience)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver weekly reporting to both client & internal teams
• Analyze program data to find actionable and insightful trends
• Summarize results in clear and concise deliverables with effective visualizations of the data
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop visualization dashboards in Tableau
• Communicate program status to the client and account management
• Analyze data and make strategic recommendations
• Work closely with cross-functional departments and team members
• Act as the team’s expert for overall display functionality metrics
• Act as the team’s Excel guru
• Adhere to all required timelines
• Manage and deliver on ad hoc projects as needed
• Other tasks as requested by management
• Some travel required (less than 10%)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of analysis experience
• Expertise in Data Visualization tools (Tableau) is a plus
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity in retail channel, channel marketing analytics, and consumer electronics is highly preferred

Skills and Attributes:

• Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, advanced pivot tables, finding trends, data visualization in graphs and charts)
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with experience presenting results to clients or audiences
• Possess a seasoned track record of success in a team environment
• Ability to deal with varied issues with integrity, honesty and in a candid, straightforward manner
• Strong complex problem solving and data management skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to changes and respond supportively in working with various circumstances and people
