Earn weekly pay with BDS! The Sr Regional Manager will serve as a manager and mentor for all Area Managers within their region as well as FT MotoAgents, PT MotoAgents, Territory Leads and ASR’s. Duties include accountability for overall performance of the region, program enhancement recommendations, field communications, strategic recommendations and coverage plans, and ongoing success and value of program. This role should be able to analyze results and make strategic decisions in consultation with Sr. Management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Provide leadership, direction, guidance, motivation, and develop skill sets of direct reports based on career path goals
  • Work with client to get and manage change information and directives (coverage, in-store activity, seasonal focus, etc)
  • Build relationships with client, provide program coordination, and implement action plans
  • Create added value, demonstrate ROI, and develop/implement client strategy initiatives
  • Set and manage program KPIs, conduct staff assessments, and monitor progress
  • Make recommendations to improve client ROI while maintaining program gross margin.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and team incentives to ensure goals are met
  • Understand the strategic direction of the client and enable the field team to create added value programs that achieve client goals and objects
  • Work collaboratively with Strategy and Analytics team to ensure client and field reporting needs are met
  • Conduct Ridealongs with every member of the team once per quarter
  • Complete all administrative duties and other tasks requested by management

  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

Experience and Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 6+ years of industry and agency experience preferred
  • Experience leading people
  • Experience in client service 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Must possess strong field and client management, communication, complex problem solving, strategic, cost analysis, and sales skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring, personnel development, and delegation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Possess strong self-awareness and integrity
