In this role, you’ll help create an unforgettable experience for guests through activities including greeting attendees, product demonstrations, and customer engagement.

 

Full availability required for training and event work from March 1, 2025 – March 16, 2025 – mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Compensation

$28.00 an hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Provide best-in-class experience for event attendees, greet and direct guests, manage lines, distribute promotional items, answer questions, and assist with product demonstrations
  • Assist in light set-up, staging, and maintaining the cleanliness of the event space
  • Other duties as assigned by management & client

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or event work
  • Familiarity and experience with technology brands is highly preferred 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal communication – written & verbal 
  • Engaging personality; comfortable consistently initiating and maintaining conversations with a diverse audience 
  • Maintains a polished, professional appearance with appropriate attire and grooming aligned to company standards
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills  
  • Able to show patience when communicating with team members, the client, and event attendees 
  • Able to work well in a team environment  
  • Able to exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times 
  • Flexible availability including nights & weekends as events require
  • Ability to work outdoors for an extended period of time

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: 

 

  • Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk, and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp 
  • Able to consistently remain on feet for long periods of time (5+ hours) 
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs. 
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
