Together, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our Employee Engagement team. This role will play a vital part in managing and optimizing employee recognition programs that foster a culture of appreciation, innovation, and engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships and delivering high-quality initiatives. They will be responsible for managing multiple programs with one of the agency’s largest clients, from brief to execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Management:
Manage the day-to-day elements of both small and large-scale projects, from planning to execution, with a focus on internal events for a large healthcare organization, including experiential programs and employee engagement tactics
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with Director as well as freelance producers and junior team members to deliver projects that meet client objectives, developing and implementing new initiatives that enhance effectiveness and reach
Vendor Coordination:
Maintain and manage relationships with key vendors, including those specializing in audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, digital technology, venues, and more
Budget Management:
Develop, manage, and reconcile project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
Deliverable Ownership:
Create presentation decks, production schedules, run-of-shows, and enforce key deliverable dates for program success
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, nurturing these relationships, addressing needs promptly and strategically throughout project lifecycles
Continuous Improvement:
Establish and maintain best practices in project management while tailoring processes for specific client needs
Onsite Management:
Provide oversight of programs once live, attending local events when needed, including site visits and installations to award ceremonies and other live events, ensuring all logistics are handled professionally
