WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and create creative concepts, designs, templates, and layouts for all deliverables with high attention to detail and other assets for CRM, print, social media, and online content demo for mobile (web-ready assets that can be deployed to a portal or an app) to train a consumer-focused sales team 
  • Partner and collaborate directly with the Client and the Clients creative team to scope all project needs and feedback 
  • Project manage, prioritize, and actively track all design deliverables with on-time delivery 
  • Create original and custom designs including new templates in a timely manner 
  • Provide the creative aspects of digital projects including but not limited to presentations, mobile apps, email blasts, content marketing/social media, case studies, template backgrounds, and launch materials 
  • Occasionally design and illustrate print-ready designs, graphics, layouts, and logos for production projects including, but not limited to promotional/launch material, packaging, merchandise, etc. 
  • Provide graphic design work for the client in alignment with their brand guidelines 
  • Understand project requirements, client design strategy, and concepts, make recommendations and implement design and creative improvements 
  • Other tasks as requested by management 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design equivalent   
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Graphic Design position required  
  • Proven experience using PowerPoint 2007 and 2010, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, and some XD 
  • Strong experience working with video files; editing and animation  
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS skills   
  • Strong experience creating graphic layouts, templates, and digital images  
  • Knowledge of instructional design and/or involvement in the development of training materials

Skills and Attributes:

  • Must be highly proficient in industry-standard software with an emphasis on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD  
  • Versatile in working with both Mac and PC computers as well as Google and Android 
  • Possess strong, professional verbal and written communication skills  
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information with maturity   
  • Must possess the following qualities: Team player able to collaborate with and assist others, energetic, quick learner, problem-solver, and self-starter 
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally amongst colleagues, management, and all points of the organization 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency  
  • Must be able to work with or without a Creative Brief, have strong design and layout abilities  
  • Must be able to work hybrid work model, onsite at the Client location at least 3 days per week
