At a Glance

As a Bosch Auto Territory Representative, you will work independently by canvassing independent auto service centers within your assigned territory to drive signups for their loyalty platform in the Mobile, AL market. In this role, you will have the flexibility and freedom to create your own route!  We are seeking self-motivated people with strong communication and time management skills! 

 

This is a part-time, temporary role beginning ASAP.   All store visits must be completed within 3-4 weeks depending on size of territory.   Please note that we can offer more hours up to full-time for those willing to cover a larger territory! To be able to drive on behalf of BDS, we require that you have a valid active driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Drive-time plus Mileage at 67 cents per mile will be reimbursed for travel in-between locations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Canvas independent auto service centers within a minimum 60-mile radius in assigned local territory (radius varies depending on assigned territories).  
  • Present to and educate business owners/managers on the eXtra loyalty value proposition to secure signups.  
  • Complete 4 hours of virtual training prior to first visit. 
  • Display a professional demeanor while representing Bosch Auto and BDS. 
  • Present and educate owners/managers on the eXtra loyalty program value proposition. 
  • Secure sign-ups in 40% or more of eligible locations. 
  • Gather market intelligence and report within BDS CRM platform. 
  • Other tasks as requested by management. 

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 

Experience and Education: 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience  

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Previous Merchandising, Retail, Sales, Customer Service, or other relevant experience required. 
  • Ability to read and follow directions and work independently. 
  • Effective communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. 
  • Must own and be proficient with a Smartphone/Tablet (Android OS 4.0 or Apple iOS 7.0 or higher) with an active data plan that has GPS compatibility. 
  • While the work schedule is flexible, 25-30 location visits per week are required. 
  • Must have a valid active driver’s license and the able to drive on behalf of the company, with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
