Come join our Meta Retail team in West Hollywood, CA at our client’s Holiday Wearable Pop-Up Shop as we bring Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses to life!   As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable technology.   You will be the face of our client's brand while educating consumers.   Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, and natural problem-solving abilities.

 

This part-time seasonal position will start on 10/28/2024 and run through the end of the year.  You will be working 20-25 hours per week, including weekends, between the hours of 10 am - 7 pm.

Compensation

$25.00 an hour plus bonus opportunities and a $200 retension bonus for working the whole program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features & benefits of our client’s products including accessories
  • Lead & execute large events within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with the attendees
  • Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
  • Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening & closing procedures & maintain interactive customer displays
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

 

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail
  • 1+ years in events presentation

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal & on camera
  • Ability to leverage advanced customer service & industry-related experience to train team members
  • Must be results and detail-oriented
  • Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work well both in a team environment
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
  • Flexible availability including weekends

  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
