WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage territory and serve as a trainer leader among the Market Development Team 
  • Deliver AMD brand & product training and promotional materials to retail sales partner environments
  • Help create training content
  • When applicable, manage and conduct face-to-face group training events, floor days, and virtual training events.
  • Assemble intel and insights on AMD and top competitors.
  • Mentor and coach the Market Development team on AMD brand and product features/benefits compared to competitors.
  • Report on all training activities daily, inclusive of KPIs and metrics. Compile, deliver and present client reports.
  • Build/maintain solid relationships with commercial partners and provide support to build brand loyalty.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relative experience
  • 3+ years sales background in technology or consumer electronics          
  • 3+ years training experience and presenting in a group setting
  • Preferred experience in “ingredient manufacturer” value prop
  • Preferred experience working for/with OEM/VAR and/or NSP in a similar capacity
  • Experience training and mentoring small groups of peers

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven training background in consumer electronics, technology brands, or devices
  • Strong presentation and training skills in a group setting
  • Ability to tailor sales training to the commercial sales partner
  • Goal orientated and results-driven
  • Relationship builder and thrives on interaction with partners
  • Self-motivated and professional demeanor
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications
