As a Regional Sales Manager, you will represent Qualcomm by leading a team of full-time and part-time field reps, while also acting as a liaison between the account team and the field. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the field including driving performance against KPIs, advocating for the brand and providing coaching, mentoring and leadership to your team, and staying up to date on the most current technology and brand initiatives to communicate to your team and consumers. Our ideal candidate brings proven experience in retail, field, or territory management, demonstrates agility and adaptability, has strong interpersonal communication skills, and is a natural leader and coach. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible opportunity working Wednesday-Sunday with expected travel two-three times per month.
