 As a Results Specialist, you are the backbone of program operations for the Break Fix team. Your primary function is to work in conjunction with management to meet client goals through internal operations coordination, cross-functional coordination, and field team management. What is Break Fix? The maintenance and merchandising of interactive displays to ensure brands are optimally represented at retail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create, organize, and prioritize various program materials (training, vendor, administration) for various levels of management
  • Analyze data (store lists, coverage models, and staff hours)
  • Visually review data and photos for quality assurance and utilize quality assurance software
  • Participate in generating web-based data, value-added reports, audit programs, data capturing, and/or interactive reporting as needed
  • Manage field questions and create solutions
  • Communicate program status to the client and account management
  • Provide direction, in coordination with Results Manager, to the field supervisors and field team
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments in support of the account and program

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred; not required
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience working within the retail marketing/merchandising industry and/or within an agency or other related environment

 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Proven understanding of client industries and the applicable industry environment
  • Adaptable to changes and able to respond supportively in working with various circumstances and people
  • Ability to handle varied issues with integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and in a candid, straightforward manner
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others 
  • Computer Skills: Must be proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications
  • Some travel may be required (less than 5%)
