We are growing our network of results-driven, motivated, and detail-oriented Results Coordinators for future business needs! A representative from our BDS Talent Acquisition Team will be in contact with qualified applicants as soon as we are actively recruiting for this role.

 

The Results Coordinator will monitor data quality assurance for multiple consumer electronics Break Fix programs and assist with administrative tasks. Duties include photo and data review within the quality assurance processes along with program set up and database maintenance. Additional skill opportunities can be developed in supporting the client team on projects as needed. What is Break Fix? The maintenance and merchandising of interactive displays to ensure brands are optimally represented at retail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist Client Service Manager with client program tasks: inclusive of planning, pacing, asset management, data system management & reporting
  • Create, organize, and arrange various program materials to support execution
  • Visually review data and photos for quality assurance and utilize quality assurance software
  • Assist cross-functional support departments with tasks relating to multiple accounts
  • Participate in generating web-based data, value-added reports, audit programs, data capturing, and/or interactive reporting as needed; develop and maintain client reporting templates
  • Maintain compliance with operational requirements in partnership with the Client Service Manager/Account Lead
  • Participate in vendor calls and work with vendors on ordering new equipment or other materials as needed
  • Manage all shipping logistics as required by program/project
  • Other tasks as requested by management

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; not required
  • Entry level position, experience in industry is preferred but not required
  • Experience with consumer electronics brands preferred, but not required

Skills and Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to change and willing to take initiative
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willingness and drive to learn
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Able to maintain the utmost confidentiality
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • Some travel may be required (less than 5%)

  • Regular travel within assigned territory, have access to daily reliable transportation
  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
