As the Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our client's products by educating and building relationships with store associates' engagements and training.



As the Field Marketing Representative, you will build brand awareness and presence in a designated market, collect and report on in-store activities, assist with sales programs, and collect competitive information. You are responsible for engaging customers at major retail locations and educating them on the features of the client's products and services. You will drive sales by teaching others the benefits of the products and services that are offered by our client's products. You will play a critical role in creating the best customer experience in the industry through best-in-class support.



  • Provides impactful training and education to retail sales associates on the features and benefits of the client's product.
  • Utilizes strong selling and demonstration techniques when executing demo day events.
  • Builds strong partnerships with the store sales associates, providing value through the support of your assigned stores
  • Effectively merchandise retail locations with visual displays and in-store promotional material.
  • Must be able to implement and troubleshoot visual merchandising.
  • Coordinates and executes special awareness and sales events at retail locations
  • Increase sales, market share, overall awareness, and advocacy for our client and all of their products
  • Conducts formal and informal training, this could be in group settings or individually
  • Gathers, summarizes, and reports on field and channel feedback and insights regularly, aiding in the growth and support of the brand
  • Collects and report visit data, issues with displays and products, and competitive market data and insights and photos



  • High school diploma some college education preferred
  • Minimum 2-year retail sales experience and/or training/demonstrating experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Need to be available to work a flexible schedule
  • Engaging and impactful presentation and training skills



  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and to change priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and detail
  • Self-driven with the ability to take the initiative, work independently, and prioritize workload
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Training Ability: One of the key activities will be for the employee to train Retail Sales Associates (RSA's) at various retailers and will require excellent training and presentation skills
  • Sales Ability: Any employee hired will need to be excellent with demonstration, conversion, and competitive sales
  • Advocates must be detail-oriented, committed, natural salespeople and not afraid to approach RSA's or customers
  • The candidate should be tech-savvy with the ability to communicate technology in a meaningful and personal way
